To allow for social distancing and minimize unnecessary contact, we may limit the number of customers inside the store.

COVID PROTOCOLS

We understand that COVID 19 presents dynamic challenges within the retail and health sectors.  We will respectfully, from time to time implement changes due to the ongoing situation. We have implemented the following precautionary measures to ensure your safety:

• We request customers to refrain from visiting if they have a cough, fever or are feeling unwell, have recently returned from travel outside of Canada or have interacted with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have the virus.
• Employees will report for work only if they are feeling 100% well
• Employees will wear masks & wash their hands regularly, before and after working with each client.  
• Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of commonly used surfaces and equipment.
• Eyeglass frames are sanitized after they are tried on.

Store hours could change on short notice. We recommend that you call 250-862-9465 or email hello@winkiwear.ca in advance to be sure we will be available to serve you. If no one is answers, we are either busy with a customer or on the other line, so please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are able.
